Telephonic counselling: Call for booking

Service Description

Telephonic counselling can be arranged if you are not based in Cape Town or unable to travel to one of the hospital rooms to be seen in-person. Please note that invoices for telephonic consultations will state that it was a telephone consultation and this may affect cover by medical aids. We cannot guarantee that your medical aid will cover telephonic consultations, even if they cover genetic counselling consultations. Please check with your medical aid before booking a telephonic counselling session.

Cancellation Policy

In order to accommodate patients on our waiting list, we urge you to cancel appointments in advance. Please note that cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be billed.
